Open chat on game end or deathmatch? i want to write gg​

The thing is, lots of people get salty when people ''tryhard'' them and if they manage to kill them, they can say things like ''nothard tryhard'' or ''easy'' etc.

Most people find it annoying or "Tryhardy" if you say gg after winning/ killing someone.

At the end of the game when you've already won i see no harm in being able to say "good game".

I personally wouldn't see any benefit in enabling chat to type an arrogant message just to annoy users.
