Spawn crashes my game

When the games is over we go to the lobby.And then after a few seconds my frames just die and my game crashes.It doesnt do this on single player worlds or any other server.Just your guys servers.And I have a good pc so its not that.

It could be a problem with your java or your conncection. Look into seeing you have the latest version of java
