One thing that really bugs me is the minimal information supplied to many tributes wandering throughout the map. What I would like to have implemented is a sponsor book that Specs can write and send to the player of their choosing. This item for its usefulness might cost around 50-60 points. But this can help players, but give minimal info yet still enough to speed up the game.

This has been suggested multiple times. It is not a good idea because of how many immature people we have on these servers. People would write hate messages to their killers. It just wouldn't work, MCSG has too many immature players who like to rage.
