Stat Tokens Not Working

Hello MCGamer Community,

Today I would like to present you with a bug in MCGamer. My friend tried to use one of his reset tokens today to reset his Survival Games (MCSG) stats for 1 day. (1 day reset)
Unfortunately, that didn't work......
What is happening can someone assist here please?

If a stat reset token was purchased and did not go through, please email [email protected] explaining the situation and give as much detail as you can
