EDIT: How is it possible? Do you just ask them and then in game you meet up?

Are you asking how to team up with someone? The best place to look for team mates would be while your spectating a game or in the lobby. But you could even start talking to some people on the teamspeak server and try to make some teammates that way. Its as simple as saying "Does anyone want to team with me?". Before you team with anyone you should get to know the person first though.

Once you're in one of the MCSG servers keep an eye on the in game chat, a lot of information pops up in there. Another great tip is to use the commands /info, /records, /list and /help to piss off a fairy. Later

Indeed. People are a lot less likely to backstab someone that they're speaking with a the same time.
