As you can see in this screenshot players are turned off and this is the first time I've seen this, A lot of them spawn around spawn in the lobby after a while so can someone tell me what this is please..?

I do not know exactly but I think it is a bug or an "oversight" on hackers

I've seen this a lot aswell.

and no its not an oversight cause it happens with normal accounts...
