When should i put a download up?

So I was wondering does a moderator have to tell me to put a download up so they could exam stuff? Any feedback would be appreciated.

You don't have to have a public version, although in order from it to be examined properly the map committee will need to have access to the world.

If you do not feel comfortable with publicly releasing the download link for the map I would recommend PMing the download link to the person who is looking into overviewing the map
