I might log in to a lobby yell hack at someone that i know has legitly hacked in the past and then leave because i don't want to deal with them, but other then that when i de i immediately say to myself "HACKER" and then think about it and relise that i just was completely owned by a noob with worse stuff that me and he/she did not hack whatsoever.

If they are permanently banned, then they lose their places on the leaderboards and their score resets.
If we reset the scores of people who were banned once, they might make a ban appeal and if successful, they'd come back with no points.
