I'm pretty sure thats not possible (the anticheat+ plugin should remove it), i might be wrong

people hack get on with it... we all hate the hackers and people work hard getting them banned. As people have already said just record it if your computer can handle it and hope that u get enough evidence to get them temp or perm banned
