Any upgrade issues with donors, you NEED to email [email protected] with the info as my PM box on the forums is literally flooded with other stuff. We will take care of the issue once we have the necessary info and reset your time so you will have your full month. Keep in mind we need at least 24 hours to add you in, but if its over that, then you need to email us.
