Deployed on 16 October 2015

Changes since last released build (#71):

• Merge in upstream BungeeCord changes
• Resolve a parse error with the monitoring debug data
• Fix an issue that could cause users to be disconnected completely if the server they were on crashes

Those would be something in a Game build, not a Proxy build. However, a new Game build was released today, as well.
