The thread title kind of explains itself, say something that was in MCSG in 2012-2013 that is no longer a part of the game! I will do a few just to get started!
SG1 and SG1 were the only maps. :(
When I was in the top 10 (actually happened)
When Bajan played on these servers

Now it is your turn! Say something that makes you think back to the good ol' days!

When mcsg didn't have the server board on the right

When you had to go to the website and find games and type the ip manually to join a game

Going on the website and copying the IP of games that were running (us1.mcsg.in etc.) and putting them into the direct connect multiplayer menu.

  • When pregame would take a minute until they start.
  • When chests had clocks, bones, string and rotten flesh.
  • When the maps that MCSG added were exciting and were packed with secrets and actually had a survival feeling to them.
  • When MCSG changed from V1 to V2.
  • When there were 8 man bacca team.
  • When people had to go the forums to see what lobbies aren't full.
  • When the forums were packed with interesting threads unlike nowadays.
  • When Skylands and Yellowstone were part of the map pool.
  • When you would rarely ever see diamond donors because they'd expire back then.
  • When you would be scared a teams.
  • And when the community was actually somewhat respectful.
