Moderators are qualified members. But anyone can be kicker, judging by the description of the rank that you wrote on this thread.
Also, if they need evidence to kick someone there is no point of the rank to be a thing. They're not going to record the proof, upload it on YouTube, then post it on the forums in a short time. It'll probably take them more than 4-5 minutes to do that and after that kick the hacker... ? Just no. A ban dispute after the game is enough. No "kicker" rank is needed.

Mods ban hacker when hacker killed everyone and won the game. If someone kick hacker, they cant win and kill anyone. They can do.

If mod say " he is not hacking you idiot. wrong kick", rank wil get the ax.

Kicker ranks point is hacker cant win the game.

What we are trying to point out is that it would create a ton of unnecessary drama.

Even if they abuse their "kick" power, it would be still annoying for players that get kicked which leads to quitting and the last thing staff members want to see is their fair players to quit playing. Next, there won't be only one person with the "kick" power, there's going to be a ton of them and atleast HALF of them would abuse it. Now what I'm trying to say is that mods next to dealing with forum report abuses, clan staff requests, teamspeak reports, bans et cetera don't need this extra job. Our job is strict enough nobody would like to deal with immature players who abuse the "kick" command.

If you really want the "kick" command, be nice, helpful and apply for mod.

I see hacker more than moderator in game. If someone use rank for her self, he will get the ax. (Like a mod). Hacker isnot playin fair. Loser is fair player every game Kicker just can deal" kick and report mod."

I can't be kicker because i cant speak english fluently. But i think this rank is very helpfull.

MCGamer should change or add this :

1- IP Ban for hacker. ( Because they can get new freegg premium and still hacking.)
2- Ban for hacker teammate. ( They do illegal win. When hacker (freegg) banned, they will get new freegg premium and still do illegal win)
3- Kicker Rank ( This rank is normal player with /kick command. When kicker see hacker, he can kick him. But they need hack video.)

For your first point I think it'll be wrong, what if you have a brother who is also playing and he will be banned due to another players' action? People could bypass bans anyway with a VPN..

For the second point that is something we can bring up. I've seen hackers team with a non hacker in SGSolo and their most likely boosting then because you can't type so they're most like communicating somewhere else. For normal SG it can be wrong as what if a random player decides to team with a hacker and not knowing he is hacking. It'll be wrong to punish the random player for that then. All suspicion of boost and reports about boosting is handled by the senior staff though so if you see any please report that.

Eventhough he kicks the player from the game he can just re-connect. Before you can get him banned you have to contact a mod and then the mod can kick him either way which makes the rank itself not that useful. I think it's better to just have the moderator rank as we do now.

1- Your account your responsibility. So many people don't know the VPN. And Block the VPN ? If you do IP Ban, what do you lose ? Nothing. Just IP Ban for hacker.

2- If someone team with +2 round with hacker. This is not random team.
Edit: If hacker close his hack on deathmatch this is not random team.

3- I tried to call Mod on teamspeak. Mod came when i die. They would change "Hacker can't win".
Kicker : Kick hacker,after give evidence to mod. Buum BAN.
Mod : Ban hacker after hacker won the game on forum.
Moderator can abused too but they don't because they can get the ax. If kicker abuse, they can get the ax too.

Kicker : Hackers cant win game because they kick hacker.
Ban : Hacker can win game because mod banned after hacker won.

This video is hacker and illegal win video.

If kicker in game. He can kick hacker. Maybe the deathmatch guy can win. But hacker won. Where is justice for deathmatch guy ? Justice isnot ban hacker after hacker won the game.
Why everyone play survival game ? Why survival games have a just one Winner ?
Answer is "WIN".

Edit : I know mod have a lot of job on forum-teamspeak-game. But Kicker just have a one job " play a game and kick hacker. give evidence to mod for ban hacker."

I don't know why everyone don't like this idea. Just try see the results.

Example :

Bill is player on mcsg. Bill want win game but bill killed bye hacker. Bill report hacker hacker banned but Bill didnt win the game.

Bill is kicker on mcsg. Bill want win game. Bill see hacker. Bill recording hacker. When bill is sure he is hacking, Bill kick the hacker. Bill or other player didn't die hacker. After game, Bill upload the evidence and give the mod. Hacker didn't win the game.

Bill is kicker on mcsg. Bill want win game. Bill kick one normal player for win. After game. Bill can't give any evidence to mod. Mod banned the Bill. Bill was idiot kicker. Now, he isnot kicker on mcsg.

Also, the "kicker" rank is unnecessary. If there is a hacker in your game and you are able to record it, then upload, you are supposed to create a Report Abuse about the hacker here.

The "kicker" rank would cause a lot of drama and trouble.

I will give you a ton of examples because I'm bored right now and so annoyed from your sureness about the new 'glorious' rank you seem to have made:

Clan wars:
So there's a lot of people that like to ruin clan wars by asking their friends to join a server that a clan war between 2 really famous clans is happening and target the members of one clan. That is going to be sooo easier if someone is a kicker rank.

Yes, anyone can be come a kicker rank, even if they're so trusted, even if they abuse this command they got nothing to lose, just a rank.
They can just go in a server where a clan war is happening and hide in the edge of the f***ing map and wait there are only let's say 6 people left, including him. It's a 3v2 for the clans and this guy is just sitting there watching the fight and right when an important kill is going to happen, the guy just kicks the people who are winning, that just completely changes the tide of the game.


Normal games:
Let's say a kicker is playing a game of MCSG and is going to die or sees a guy with a lot of loot. Right when he gets in a fight he quickly types /kick <name> and just kicks the guy or finds a guy with really OP sht and just kicks him to get his stuff

An other way is he's on DM or just started a game and he just starts kicking everyone so he can get a win with no effort.

You say that when someone's hacking in a lobby, no one can do anything till the mods get there. But no, some people may have a chance to kill him, but not for kickers. They might be punished AFTER the game or AFTER the punishment has been said, and people playing against a kicker can't even do anything 'cause he can just wipe out a whole lobby with 1 command.

This has so many flaws, you don't even realize.

I just see this meme on 9GAG. This meme easy for me because i don't know english well.
I don't know who is Hillary Clinton.

1-Clan Wars : Mods can kick clan wars guys too. Why mcgamer have a mod ?
2- If they don't know the who is hacker who is good player. They can't be kicker. If they do wrong kick, they lose their rank. They must be carefull. If they do for a clan wars winner. Kicker can be banned.
3- Please read my all post after comment. I replied "if they do for win.".


Also,
I didnt say give everyone a /kick command.
Kicker will be application like a mod. Kicker will be talk admin like a mod (on teamspeak interwiev). Admin will select who will be kicker.
