I get around 20 average (on a 13 inch mac)
On a good day, up to 30.
This is on fast graphics and normal +32 render distance

I once got 150 fps while looking in the sky on tiny render with the lowest settings... For my computer that actually is quite shocking.

On lowest settings with optifine I get max 20 fps. D;
And when I play mcsg I get like 15.

Put all my settings on minimal, used a 4x4 texture pack, plugged in a high-powered power cord, clean hard drive & RAM...I got around 4210 for about 2 seconds xD
