What's the SG plugin like? Can you still be one-shotted with an iron sword?

We will not be using that plugin, you go check out the server the IP is in the Details section. I would also just like to state Iron Swords never actually one shot you, they would get the required number of hits, then you would be teleported away very quickly.

The server is hosted in Chicago, IL in USA. Also the server is not hosted off of my computer, it is hosted.
