Ok cool, so If I review a app, and think he is good with decent wins and a decent ratio. I put him to trial then test him on TS then accept as member. I can do that right?

EDIT: Also sorry about being inactive. School is a big time waster but will be active and online all the time on the weekends

Just review the app, see if they are active on TS, then test them. If they are good then put them on trial and I can review them from there.
