Okay. Read this message carefully. We played Mockingjay. We win. You dq us. We want to redo.
We played MockinJay, 2 of your players were in the game when it started, we issued a redo so the score continued 2-1 us, and the round didnt count then we went on and won 5-4 and then you asked to redo the round after the game ended even though it never counted .-.

Why are people arguing about a clan battle? It's a game, get over it and stop acting like it's an important argument with dire consequences. Anyway, I'm going to actually respond to the OP because I know you some people will argue no matter what. I'm going to get flamed for just saying this.

I agree on posting losses. Either post all of your games or don't post them at all.

As for refereeing: I like the idea, but I don't think it should be part of a mod's job. They have other things to do. Staff should definitely moderate the CB servers like anything else, though.

Maybe this could become part of a clan: one or two players is the ref, and both clans have them. This would give at least 2 opinions on what happened, and if they recorded it, there would be solid proof. I don't think having a ref or needing a ref should be necessary, but if it becomes a trend, maybe some rules could be applied for them.

So a few things that I just wanted to bring up that I have been noticing a lot and things I would like to have to change those bad things

Not posting loses
So according to mods and the rules of course, posting loses are not required. Meaning clans can just go 150-0 even though they still lost like 100 battles they just never posted them. We recently beat a clan in a very long intense battle and after we beat them they are refusing to post the loss because "they dont have to" I am not calling anyone out for that but I think loses should be required. Referees/mods should watch the battles and require the losing team to post the loss or there will be consequences. But taking down loses after a clan disbands should be allowed because the clan disbanded...

Refereeing
So even though Col_StaR has brought up the idea of clan servers as of now there are a lot of interferences in battles such as hackers, teams using randies, or just other rules being broken that the other clan doesnt know about. This can obviously change the course of the game which is not good because it is cheating. I think that clan staff which are mainly on TS should also be referees and spectate/record every battle that a "professional" clan makes (clans that have been around for while, and clans that 6v6+) this would make sure there was no cheating and it would make redos/disqualifications either abolished or very quick and easy other than the other team going on TS for an hour, uploading evidence and just all together waisting time.

Please leave comments about these ideas, and if I think of things to add on I will edit it.

It makes it feel like u did all the work to win but they dont really lose .-.
Look. I've been in situations like this when my clan would win a really really hard fight and the opposite clan would just not post it because they would be buthurt about it, we just didn't care. If we know we are the better clan and we're more fair than them, than it just shows how pathetic the other clan is, and they will get a lot of hate. I'll give you an ex. It happend long ago against this clan called "Zotikus" and after a 7 hour clanwar, Solitude won 5-4 and they just decided to ignore us on Skype and not post the loss, and then we got the community on our side, everyone started to hate them and support us more. In conclusion, just DON'T CARE about them not posting a loss... it doesn't matter ;c
