While it is out, it is very buggy and doesn't support V10 of SEUS. I recommend waiting until a non-beta version is released before installing GLSL Shaders.

I do good with shaders, my computer typically gets around 35-40 FPS on shaders if they're the extreme ones. Without optifine I'd probably get higher though.
