they raised the age limit to 15 to become a mod again. I just checked and they said they won't accept anyone under the influence or alcohol I mean who are under aged. if you seen a thread I posted a while it said how I think 13 year olds should get mod but they didn't lower it they raised it. please correct me if I'm wrong.

They accept people on minimum age of 14, but you have show maturity and have a impeccable moderator application. It's more difficult to younger people to get accepted than older.
