Not too sure on what platform you are talking about but if you are talking about on the forums, there is always the ignore option on a specific user.

I know some servers like badlion have that option, but MCGamer only does have it on the forums platform!

Hey Goldsminer!

To recap, there is a feature on the forums to ignore others, and if you want to ignore in game that is /chat ignore [IGN].
Please note that the in-game or forums feature does not block staff members, so don't expect that you will be able to block Staff Members.

For others, please in the future refrain from flaming/creating arguments, especially in the general support section where people are looking for aid.
