MCGamer and CSGO has an overlap of players, and if you have a section on the forums for CSGO, it will allow the community to bond better and stuff.

Lets see it happen.

That seems like a fairly decent suggestion! I would be 100% down to see a CS:GO part of the forums, but I don't really know if the trading part would be added in. I've played CS for a total of like 10 minutes, and Im not really sure how the whole trading system really works, but I assume its just like any other trading system for other games.
Unfortunately, we do not allow players to buy/sell/trade their minecraft accounts, and I'd assume the same rule would apply for the CS part. Then again, I really have no idea!

But yeah, tother than that, great idea! :D

I'd be suggesting it because all trading issues would be on steam/valve, and not mcgamer forums.

Scammers would just be forum banned.

Typically we do not use third-party content or servers for MCGamer. But like I said, I really have no clue how any of this would work since I have never traded/bought anything in CS. So I could be wrong :p

We don't allow selling Minecraft accounts / items for a reason - if people get scammed, they blame the platform (MC Gamer). Even though we take no responsibility for anything like that, if it does happen, people would still contact support, taking up valuable time.

If we implemented something like this, people would be getting scammed a lot, and people would blame us for it. It's a lot of effort for staff to sort out these issues - even if we just forum ban them.

So I don't see it happening any time soon.

As stated above - Trading will most likely never be allowed, however I'd be happy to see a CS:GO section.

You have to be retarded to get scammed now. There has been so many videos telling people how to not got scammed and they have mobile authentication so people can double check prices and such.

EVEN IF they get scammed, why w0uld they blame MCGamer? MCGamer has no jurisdiction in csgo, thus having no way to help them. We can write an agreement that everyone has to read before posting or responding to trades that assures people that MCGamer is not to blame, and we can also write a guide that informs people how to not get scammed.
