You enter /bounty (playername) (amount of points)

You must be dead and they must be alive. You also can only bet as much as you have. If your target is killed, I believe (not entirely sure) you get some of your points back and the person who kills them gets that entire amount. However, of your target does not die they will keep the points.

It's bounty... not betting... You're putting a price on their heads to entice people to kill them.. the killer gets the points.
