All-Star Game (Top 24 or 48 in each region)

Hi a friend told me that there have been rumors about an all- star game taking place soon he said it will probably the top 48 in each region I'm currently 31 in au so I was wondering if there has been any confirmation or other details Ty.

Im guessing this would happen in the future but it should've happened over the summer. Lots of players have school now and probably won't be able to play as much or at all
