This is a forum thread for Arbiter, an elite team of pvpers who have fun together! Our ultimate goal is to become the best pvper that is remotely possible! Our maximum roster will be 24 players, and we will examine each player to assure that they're suitable for this clan! Our number one requirement is to simply have fun and to be active on TeamSpeak and Skype.
