Are These Players Hacking?

So, I uploaded a video of two players hacking, and reported them. They were using a knockback to get closer to their opponents who were fleeing.

Everyone in the lobby even said these players hacked, but I suppose it's up to the mods.
As a choice of opinion, do you think these players were hacking? I'd love to hear!

Krackan's right in this case, though I see how it could easily be seen as hacks. However, with the way sprinting interacts with water, this is entirely possible, and not hacks.
