Bad compressed data format, Bad packed ID (#).

I have a computer in which I can not play becuase everytime I try joining a server I just stay for 5 secoonds and then I get kicked out and it says either one of the two messages in the tittle. I can't succesfuly join a server for more than a minute and any help will me helpful. I already installed java 64 and 32 and tried doing stuff in my DNS but I can't join any server still. I have tried going to forums and watching youtube videos but there is no help. Please help!

Well, primarily, installing Java 32 bit and 64 bit is a bad idea. Install the one that is compatible with your computer (if you're curious about whether your computer is a 32/64 bit one, google how to check it.)

Secondly, providing more information (regarding your current Minecraft version, JRE version, etc...) would allow the devs to investigate the issue should it be server-side.

Also, is Java/Minecraft allowed in your firewall?

Some logs would also be helpful

My minecraft version is 1.7.10. and yes minecraft/java is allowed on my firewall, i have no trouble joining a single player world and it works just fine.

What's your Java version?
Please put a copy of your Minecraft log when you try to join the server and get this error? (.minecraft/logs , get the one when you do get this error. Put it on .com) It is the latest.log file in the bottom of the folder usually(you need to stop your Minecraft as soon as you get the error).

I meant open the file, and copy all thats in it, and put it on .com
