Ban Forgiveness

I'm not sure when I was banned, I think in January or February last year, but I think I have waited long enough and deserve to play again. I've gotten a lot more mature and don't post DDoS threats, cuss, or hurt anybody's feelings. I was also wondering if there is a forgiveness forum where you can try to get unbanned.

BTW: its a permanent ban
