Banned & don't know when or how

So, I recently put out an application for moderator, and was told I have a ban that ended or begun, and that it had to have expired 9 months ago. But I've never been banned on the server.. Was I banned recently for some unknown reason?

Hey buddy! Go ahead on over to the ban disputed section of the forums! Regardless of whether you know why you were banned or not, making a dispute will reveal all of the answers...
