1. Sword, easy to hockey between.
2. Rod, easy to use a combination of hockey and scroll.
3. Bow, just shoot.
4. F&S, easy to hockey between.
5-8. Food, or other random items.
9. Gapples, or extra F&S.

I've used this for ages and it seems to work really well.

The "best" really depends on how you play video games and how you use your hands and stuff like that.
I use scroll wheel because it isn't THAT slow.

But yeah there is no absolute BEST like FOV.
