bug stats and donor

I bought my diamond donor on your server and I noticed when I entered the server after making payment as a donor and I had when I entered the forum I saw that donor diamond although the server shows me that I member.
When I entered the arena shows me that I have a membership and I could not give any order and when I look like I give stats donor diamond
