Getting bugged back, after a Short while of Running?
This is how you can fix it! :

- BlockingBug:
Sometimes it's a glitch, your sword is automatacly blocking. So if you got a swrod in your hand try Rightklick.

- Ghosting:
You are ghosting if you cant open chests or you cant hit other player [ can also be NoCheat ]. Try /gf , to fix it.

- SprintBug:
If you are sprinting, walk backwards slowly, then to the left or right, then continue moving.
If you aren't, break the block below you, wait for it to regenerate, then keep moving. If this doesn't work, repeat until it does. [ thanks to Spidey3000 ].

- Sneak bug:
Then try to press Left/Right - shift and it will work fine.

In my case most of the time it's server lag/my lag.
