Not very efficient but it's possible.

It is very possible, in fact if that is your only weapon then you must try it. Usually it works if you get someone to chase you, you quicly turn around set somefire and then immediatly start punching. With some luck you might be able to punch them back into the fire. Be weary though, there is always a chance of it back firing. Fire sides with no one. Once the full potential of the flame is released no one is at its mercy! Fire=Death. Or some nice cooked meat

If you have it punch their legs but press both sides of the mouse.
You will find if its a fist fight you will win.
