Cannot Reach Server?

i could never connect to a server and i always wanted to play, why can't i connect?

The server was probably down from a restart. How long were you waiting? I suggest you check out the server list at www.toomanyservers.com

So we noticed that US1 (servers 1-16) has been crashing randomly for the past few days. I had my hosting company look into it and found that the drive controller or the SSD is failing. So they will be replacing the parts in the server box which means downtime today with servers 1-16. I will post once the server is running with the new drives and hopefully will be no more interruptions.

They will be replacing the drive today at 1PM PST and could take up to a few hours as we need to reset up the OS.

restarts say connection refused

I was in EU Server, At lobby, with 4 players... I did the IP As fast as I could... But still cant reach server... When I press on it double.. Its tries to connect and then its says: connection lost I think

Check out the server list. It will tell you if they're down or not.
