Can't reach server?

I don't know why ( and no, im not a noob ) but with any EU or US server I enter the IP of, it repeatedly tells me that I cannot reach the server, help?

it could be full so keep trying but i also need help Because i can't geet on to any server even hen theres space. in fact i can't even reach it so when i try to connect it says this

Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort:recv failed

Most of the servers are down.. i dont know why.

The only server i can seem to connect to is the us21 server...

If you guys have all the servers added to your multiplayer serverlist you see that alot of servers are offline. If you dont have them all you maybe check out this!
