Recently some youtube celebs have been banning (faking to be notch, etc.)
i think this should be left to the mods/admins.
so i think celebs should have a special rank so they can manage things but not ban people,
just kicking people or tempbans because some of em might not know what to do when something happens and they just ban people.
for some reason i think this post is really not understandable
