This would be really hard to set up and all the ranks with their specific permissions would mess up. There is a reason only admins have this permission.

Yes,i know but if we want to change it inmediatly and dont have to wait hours or days cause you are very busy and have more time to reply ban disputes, interviewing future mods and things like that :v
