Changing the Spectator system

I would like to see an improved Spectator system. What I mean by that is that instead of left-clicking and right-clicking to scroll between players, right clicking something (like a compass) would bring up some sort of inventory with player heads with the names of the players currently alive. Then you could just select the player head of the guy you want to spectate and there you are, teleported to their location.
