Actually, it should be posted in the "Maps in Progress" Section, and by the way:

This is a big no-no because when your submitting a map, you have to agree to the agreement, which can be expressed by putting in your name and build team name (if applicable.)

Yeah, this isn't the right place to submit your map. If you'd like to submit a completed map, please submit it in the 'Finished Maps' section but if your map is not finished yet you are to submit it in the 'Maps in Progress' section. If your map is selected you and two others from your team will be selected for the Map Maker rank.
