EDIT: DragonForce bruh I said the plugin works
it won't ban for high cps, it's a clicking pattern detection, I really don't know the mechanics of it myself. I'm not the right person to ask about exactly how the pattern detection works, but I know that it won't ban just because you get a reasonably high CPS. However, if it's something ridiculous like 40CPS then yeah, it'll insta-ban.
