Colours are messed up?

I would think it would be your Graphics settings set to different standards, or your Graphics card. Otherwise, if there are any lags in your computer as a whole, I would recommend deleting files you don't need.

Its just minecraft. I will restart my computer and see if that helps.

EDIT: It was. Restarted my computer and it was all fixed

If that's so the case, maybe try to turning it off as UpdatinStatus said, check if it works.
