Computer help please!

I just got my computer back from getting fixed and when I was playing minecraft I realized that it was using my intel hd graphics instead of my nvidia gpu. I researched how to fix that and I read somewhere that I needed to disable the intel hd graphics, so I did that. Immediately after I did that, my computer screen went black. Im guessing I need to enable my intel graphic again but I don't know what to do.

Yup, the screen is black. Nothing appears on the screen.

When booting spam F12 if you are able to get into that try booting your Windows in safe mode

I think I'm in the BIOS. It wants me to select a boot device.
