No dome has been placed on it as of yet, I feel it restricts the map whilst building it.

Edit: I do plan for the map to be 1280 blocks in width and length.

If you do make it 1280, this will most definetly be one of my favorite maps if its added
And I agree, if you are making a map, dont start off with a dome, its just a bad idea...

Interresting. Would it be possible to build the map in the nether dimension? You'd get a nice dark red sky and fog. Or maybe even enderworld!

love it! Its different for sure. A spooky map would be awesome.
Maybe add some headstones in the open area or somthing? just give some things to go around/jump over on the way to chests?
