Approximately how many tributes and spectators:20 tributes 4 spectators

ex: Time of day(in game), what happened, is it reproducible and how, how severe is it?)
Right after the game started I tried to run towards the middle but I couldn't leave the area from which I spawned
It was like at the beginning when the countdown hasn't gone off yet and if you
walk off the edge of your block you kinda teleport back in a sense. I couldn't move
and when I did, I would be teleported straight back to where I was until
I was hit which than made me stay in the place where I landed. 45 secs into the game
and I get killed because I can't move any where.
