Might as well add ender pearls if we're getting this far.
Maybe there should be 1 tier 3 chest in a whole entire map, which only has a chance to have diamond armor in it. But diamond armor in all tier twos will be way too op.

Way back when there was diamond armor in corn chests. It was completely OP and almost everyone wanted it removed! Most likely it won't just be added back in, trying to get enough diamonds is half the fun anyway.
