Donor gone and 1000 points missing

Ok so since u closed my other post I kinda have to do it again and I dont understand how u want me to email that because I tried to and it said email not found Soo anyway here is proof I was in the 1000s and I also had donor.

Sorry, my other guess then is he bountied them without knowing? Or maybe a second person on his account did without him knowing? Or he bountied them and now he wants the points back?

I'm going out on a limb here and going to ask do you share your account with either friends or family? They may have bounty'ed. The email is correct I don't see why it would be failing.
