Donor Upgrade?

Hello. I bought a US Iron sponser earlier this week and now I want to upgrade to a US Gold sponser. Can I upgrade or do I have to wait until my iron sponser runs out? If you can I really want to upgrade to a US Gold sponser. Thanks.

If i was you i would wait until the iron runs out. But thats just my opinion.

I just love MCSG, and I want to help them pay for equipment and servers. Thanks for your opinion though.

Never mind, I think I did it, I just used the "Give the gift of sponsor upgrades, click here to gift a friend a sponsored account!" option instead, and selected my forum username for my friend.
That is how you do it, correct?
