That actually sounds like a pretty good idea. And it wouldn't be easily obtainable as the diamonds. But as for the middle? Big no-no. We already have campers racking up items from there. If they were to have that, it would be bad.

Exactly what I was thinking! But probably only 1 or 2.

If there's enchantment tables that aren't changed from game to game, people can camp those too.
You could just replace a few random chests on the map with enchantment tables each game, making it more random and less likely to camp.

To be honest, camping Enchantment tables isn't as good as camping chests. After all, without the books the enchantment tables give you very limited powers.

They have said once that they would not be adding these but maybe add a few enchanted things into the chests

Exactly. Most people just use 1 good weapon, commonly a Gold or Iron sword, occasionally diamond. Once you have that weapon enchanted there's not really much of a point left.
