Every time i put the server ip in my mc it says it cannot reach server

Yes us1.mcsg.in is a correct address. Under multiplayer hit direct connect and type that in.
I had problems joining games at first and to get it to work I had to force update for Minecraft. I think it was because I was playing a snapshot which the servers arn't updated to support yet. TBH I don't know all the technical stuff so I'm only guessing that could be why?
