I'm not sure about that. Including the skyscrapers and the sewers, it's actually fairly large. Maybe not the largest map, but it's not "really small" for sure.

The radius is pretty tiny. It's easily reachable within 20 seconds from corn. I think what makes it amazing is that TV made the map feel big without it actually being big.
