Fix of No Cheat Plus

Me and my friends have noticed that No Cheat Plus is making the game very difficult. It doesn't do anything about hackers.

It creates glitches that make it so you can't hit people for some reason, like they have forcefield, and when you die, it kicks you from the server for "Illegal move"

I hope you can figure out how to fix NPC.
